Healthy Snacks tips.Tip of the day.

Say No to fatty, salty and sugary snacks, and just adopt this one simple snack tip.


  1. Take few crackers.
  2. Place a chedder cheese small piece on each cracker.
  3. Place a round cut cucumber on each  piece.
  4. Enjoy.
Main Vitamins you get: Vitamin A and Vitamin C.This snack should be given to children (with no allery to cow milk and products)  in snack rather than giving chips and chocolate.
